Drs. Thomas and Terrence Clark are both highly trained dentists with the skills to provide all your dental care in one location, and often in one visit. Rather than performing “twilight sedation” or standard “conscious sedation” where patients still remain cognizant, we work alongside a board-certified dental anesthesiologist who provides the same level of anesthesia performed in a hospital setting with the same high level of safety. Thomas E. Clark, DMD
Dr. Thomas E. Clark is a Wilsonville native and a second generation Wilsonville dentist. After graduating as the salutatorian of Wilsonville High School, he attended Brigham Young University, where he graduated with academic honors in Business Management with an emphasis in entrepreneurship. He pursued his dental education at Oregon Health & Science University, graduating with both academic and clinical honors. Dr. Clark was selected for a competitive general practice residency at the Portland VA Medical Center, where he expanded his education with advanced surgical and restorative training. He still treats veterans one day per week at the hospital and oversees the supervision and training of dental residents. Dr. Clark follows in the footsteps of his father Dr. Terrence A. Clark, a first generation Wilsonville dentist, who started a dental practice in Wilsonville over 20 years ago, and carries on the tradition of compassion, integrity, and excellence. He is uncompromising when it comes to quality of care, and his patients all agree he exceeds their highest expectations. His wonderful listening skills allow him to genuinely help people achieve their optimal dental health, and his patients know he truly cares about them by his gentle touch and compassionate care. Dr. Clark is happily married to his wife Dennine, herself a dental hygienist, and they are the proud parents of three adorable children. He is committed to community service and is the recipient of the Boy Scouts of America Eagle Scout Award. As an accomplished musician, Dr. Clark enjoys performing and composing music on the piano and keyboard. He enjoys the outdoors and loves going on adventures with his wife and son, hiking in the Columbia Gorge and walking the Oregon beaches. He is an avid snow skier and has skied powder from Canada to the Rockies, but still enjoys most of his skiing at Mt. Hood, where he first learned to ski. Dr. Clark loves to wakeboard and entertains his family with flips, twists, spins, and other aerial skills.
Terrence Clark, DMD
Dr. Clark is a first-generation Wilsonville dentist who graduated in 1986 from OHSU here in Portland, and then completed a general practice residency at the University Hospital and Portland Veterans Administration in 1987. He has since completed thousands of hours of continuing education and has been an instructor/mentor for dental implantology for over 15 years. Dr. Clark has been a guest lecturer for the American Dental Association and has presented at nearly every major dental school in the country in the last 10 years. He wrote a course on Ethics and Professionalism for the ADA that is used throughout the country for junior and senior dental students. He was a co-founder and Director of Pacific Dental Seminars and has served as the President of the Oregon Implant Seminars, and other local study clubs. Dr. Clark has served as President of his local dental society and has completed terms as Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President, and Program Chairman. He has hosted guest lecturers for the ADA, the AGD, and numerous other local dental societies. Dr. Clark has been a presenter at numerous state dental societies and has lectured at the ADA’s annual national meetings. Dr. Clark is active in his community and in his church. He is an Eagle Scout and has served as a Scout Master and District Chairman for the Columbia Pacific Council. He has been married for 31 years to his wife Laraine, is the father of three children Wendy, Tom, and Leah, and has five grandchildren, named: Shane, Kailee, Evans, Samantha and Evelyn.
In 1986 Dr. Clark was the leader of a group of water skiers who set a world record water skiing the entire length of the Columbia River. He is an avid snow skier and hiker. He loves to fish and scuba dive. He competes in local triathlons, frequently rides the Seattle to Portland bike ride in one day, and just finished his first marathon in 2005.
Dr. Clark recently accepted an invitation to volunteer for his faith as a mission president. He lived in Singapore, Malaysia where he oversaw the Christian missionary service of over one hundred volunteer missionaries. He completed his assignment as a mission president in 2012.
Quinn Walker, DDS
Dr. Quinn Walker grew up on a tree nursery in the rural areas of Canby, Oregon where he also graduated high school. He later completed two different Bachelor degrees from two different Universities. His first Bachelors degree was at Brigham Young University-Idaho with his major being Web Design and Development, and his second Bachelors Degree was at Portland State University with a major in Science which fulfilled his pre-requisite requirements for dental school. From there, he went on to dental school at the University of Utah School of Dentistry, completing a Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree. When he is not at the dental office, he enjoys hiking, traveling, developing websites/web applications, and training for triathlons and obstacle course races. Dr. Walker is passionate about dentistry because he has the ability to improve the oral health of others by alleviating dental pain, preventing and treating oral diseases, improving dental function, and improving patient appearance and esthetics. He has an interest in continuing to combine his hobbies in technology with his profession in dentistry. He seeks continuous improvement and seeks advanced education in dentistry in order to provide comprehensive and more technical dental procedures for his patients. Dr. Walker aims to provide all of his patients a compassionate, comfortable, and respectful dental experience.
Ryan Allred, DMD
Dr. Ryan Allred completed his post doctoral residency in dental anesthesia at Loma Linda University Medical Center. During his residency, Dr. Allred received extensive experience providing general anesthesia in the hospital operating room for a variety of surgical procedures such as cancer surgeries, hip replacements, and trauma cases. What differentiates Dr. Allred’s training from other medical anesthesia providers is the time he also spent providing anesthesia for outpatient pediatric and special needs dental cases. Prior to his anesthesia training, Dr. Allred received his DMD from Oregon Health Sciences University. Following his dental degree he completed a hospital-based general practice residency at Carolinas Medical Center. It was during his general practice residency that he discovered a passion for anesthesia. After two years of practicing as a general dentist, Dr. Allred decided to pursue his passion for anesthesia and complete the additional two years of general anesthesia training necessary to become an expert in this field. Because of Dr. Allred’s distinctive interdisciplinary training, he is uniquely trained to provide the highest quality of anesthesia in a manner which is safe and convenient for both the dentist and the patient in an outpatient setting. Dr. Allred lives in Sherwood, Oregon with his wife and 3 sons. Most of his free time is spent doing activities of his children’s choice, which generally means building Lego creations or going on bike rides to the park.
